Tuning in to Kids facilitator training (In-person) is a 2-day professional development workshop. These sessions are suitable for anyone who works with parents and kids in a professional capacity, particularly in family and community services, child protection, foster/kinship care, health, mental health and education sectors. Participants must attend both days of training in full in order to receive certification.

Catering is provided. Please let us know about any dietary requirements you may have via your registration form.

Program manuals will be available to pick up on the first day of your training.

Terms and Conditions

Changes to Registration Policy: Registered participants who are unable to attend and notify us of this in writing at least 14 days before the workshop are allowed one transfer to another eligible participant or one transfer to an equivalent training in the same calendar year. Registered participants who are unable to attend and notify us less than 48 hours before the workshop will incur a fee of AUD$80.00 to cover catering costs.
 
Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel their registration up to 14 days before the training will receive a full refund. After 14 days before the training, participants will receive a refund minus an AUD$50.00 fee to cover administration costs. Registered participants who provide less than 48 hours notice before the training will receive a refund minus an AUD$130.00 fee to cover administration and catering costs.  In exceptional circumstances, please contact tik-info@unimelb.edu.au

COVID POLICY: We request that any participants who are feeling unwell or experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms refrain from attending. In this case, or if the training is cancelled due to trainer illness or low registration numbers, you will be eligible either for a full refund or transfer to another training either online or in person.
