Tuning in to Teens Facilitator Training Workshop for Professionals (In-Person) – February 27 & 28 2023 – Sydney NSW

February 27, 2023 @ 9:00 am - February 28, 2023 @ 5:00 pm

Tuning in to Teens facilitator training (In-person) is a 2 day professional development workshop that gives trainees a grounding in the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and Emotion Coaching as well as useful information about teenage brain development. The workshop blends lecture-style and experiential learning modules. Pre-reading and video material will be sent prior to the first session. This workshop is suitable for all experienced and qualified workers in the caring sector whose client base includes adolescents and pre-adolescents (approximately 11 years and up) and their parents. Participants must attend both days of the workshop to receive a certificate that authorises them to deliver the Tuning in to Teens 6-week parenting program to parents and carers.

Trainees are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins in order to register.

Program manuals will be distributed on the day of training.

COVID POLICY: We request that any participants who are feeling unwell or experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms refrain from attending. In this case, or if the training is cancelled due to trainer illness or low registration numbers, you will be eligible either for a full refund or transfer to another training either online or in person.

We look forward to seeing you in person soon!
