May 17 @ 9:00 am - 1:30 pm

Dads Tuning in to Kids Online via Zoom is a half-day professional development workshop only available to fully certified Tuning in to Kids facilitators. This workshop focuses on the father-child emotional connection. It provides additional content particularly relevant to fathers and outlines modifications to program activities and processes as well as giving theoretical and philosophical background to this adaptation.

This workshop is suitable for all certified Tuning in to Kids facilitators whose client base includes children (approximately 3 – 10 years) and their fathers. Participants who complete the workshop receive a certificate that authorises them to deliver the Dads Tuning in to Kids 7-week parenting program to fathers and male carers.

Trainees are asked to login for an 8.45am (AEST) start. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS OUTSIDE AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time): Please check dates and times in your local and/or international time zone to ensure you are able to participate from the beginning of the session.

Participants will receive their digital workshop pack, pre-reading and a Zoom link prior to training commencing. Please note, program manuals are ONLY available via hardcopy. Participants must provide a mailing address upon registration in order to receive their program manual and USB. We strongly encourage participants to test their Zoom link, supporting software and hardware prior to the first session.

We look forward to seeing you in the Zoom training room soon!
